Who Says a Pretty Poor Girl Can't Be a Player?

I suddenly came up with a particularly melodramatic plot I really want to write.

It's about a rich, entitled top who initially thinks the bottom is only after his money. Later, he decides the bottom genuinely wants to date him. So after the bottom leaves, the guy reflects on his own, has a breakdown on his own, and throws himself into the torturous pursuit of his ex all on his own.

But...

The bottom isn't after his money, and he doesn't genuinely want a relationship, either.

He just likes playing around with rich guys and then breaking up with them. Who says a pretty, poor girl can't be a player?

No real feelings, and no real love of money, either. He just wants to fool around with a rich guy. The bottom thinks: Seriously? You're already having a breakdown? Aren't you rich people supposed to be big on playing around?
