I See You: A Criminal Investigation

A cool-on-the-outside, warm-on-the-inside rookie policewoman VS a warm-on-the-outside, cool-on-the-inside police captain

Yao Zhenzhen has only two moods each day:

Damn it, I already hate going to work.

And: Captain Li solved the case! He should reward me by taking me to Xin Rong Ji, Lei Garden, Bing Sheng, Da Dong, Park Hyatt, Jing Zhao Yin, Song He Lou, and MGM.

Li Heng's heart raced, and his vision went black. "Where are your boundaries? All I see is shamelessness."

Yao Zhenzhen: "Then I'll settle for less. Treat me to burgers, stuffed flatbread, sushi, ramen, beef hotpot, peppercorn hotpot, braised hotpot, chicken soup hotpot, spicy hotpot, tripe hotpot, sour soup hotpot, and mushroom hotpot. Roast duck, roast goose, meatballs, beef casserole, sesame paste casserole, glass noodles in casserole, grilled meat skewers, grilled kidneys, grilled mushrooms, grilled chives, grilled pineapple, grilled garlic pork, and, and Liu Wenxiang malatang."

Her whole philosophy is: You never know, it might actually happen.

Li Heng's vision went black again and again. "Our relationship is worth exactly 50 yuan. Please don't cross the line."

A 50-yuan meal every day for 365 days actually costs a lot more than one 1,000-yuan meal.

Theme: I'll always feel connected to the land that raised me.
