[Western Crossover] The Love Story of the Black-Haired Brown and the Blond-Haired Brown

Winter Van Brown

Winter Van Brown

He is a rare Gotham native with both parents alive, born and raised in the city. He is neither entirely bad nor entirely good. Though he once had a strange brush with magic, he has still lived a bumpy, dazed sort of life.

He dates a lovely girl with golden-yellow hair. She's cheerful and lively, positive and sunny, like a little sun. What luck: the lovely girl is a Brown, too!

They are made for each other!

It would be even better if his girlfriend didn't keep meeting up with her ex.

He picks up a little cat. It has brittle bone disease and makes noise all the time, so it's a bit annoying. When his girlfriend hears about it, she laughs so hard she breaks one of the cat's toys.

He also picks up a little dog. It wags its tail and begs for affection. When his girlfriend sees the dog, she gapes at it, at a loss for words, and insists he send it to Hell.

He doesn't quite get it. Is she telling him to kill the dog?

Oh, oh, oh, he got it wrong. She meant he should send the dog home.

Gotham isn't a peaceful place. He and his love support each other as they move forward, step by step, toward the altar.

Pairing: The lovely girl, Brown the Troublemaker, and a slightly dim Gotham magic-user, Brown.

Theme: Gothamites belong with other Gothamites.
