I'm drafting this one now. It'll be my next-next book!
Blurb:
Lin Tu was a mixed-blood rabbit demon with low cultivation and exceptional beauty. Born into the lowest stratum, he grew up spoiled and domineering.
So when the adoptive father he'd depended on disappeared when he was nine, he turned around and picked up a crippled servant with shattered meridians.
Aside from having no cultivation, the useless servant could do everything: laundry, cooking, kneading Lin Tu's shoulders and rubbing his waist. Lin Tu liked him a lot.
The only thing Lin Tu didn't like was how the useless servant was always clinging to him, insisting on sharing a bed and drinks, and even wanting to eat his mouth.
...For the sake of their years of master-servant loyalty, Lin Tu put up with it.
Then one day, after he and the useless servant had an argument, a strange voice suddenly appeared in his head.
[Side-character Host successfully bound!]
[I am your exclusive System 001. There was a transmission error... Oh my heavens, Host, how can you make the destined hero kneel!!!]
[How can you slap him?! He's the destined hero! The Son of Heaven's Will!!]
What nonsense. Lin Tu hated its shrill voice, so he glowered and slapped the man again.
The man kneeling on the ground turned his face aside from the blow, but still crawled toward him on his knees and held his reddened palm, fawningly rubbing his lips against its soft center.
The System screamed in a frenzy: [What have you done?! Aaaaaah!!!]
What had he done? Lin Tu smiled, though his dark brown eyes were cold.
Nothing but what a master ought to do.
Only later did Lin Tu learn that he had transmigrated into a revenge novel about a destined hero rising to power, and that he was a lowly side character who deceived and humiliated the hero early in the story.
And the destined hero was the useless servant he'd picked up.
According to the System, if he wanted to escape the plot and stay alive, he had to leave the destined hero as soon as possible.
After all, Lin Tu had no cultivation, no connections, and no brains. Aside from his stunningly beautiful face, he was good for nothing.
Once the destined hero rose to power, it would be too late for him to run.
True to his reputation for having no brains, Lin Tu wavered. A couple of days later, he packed his things and fled along the route the System had given him.
Whether or not the System was telling the truth, he really was sick of Lou Zimie clinging to him every day and biting his lips. The sooner he left, the sooner he'd be free.
Unfortunately, neither Lin Tu nor the System noticed that the so-called righteous destined hero had slipped into the shadows. His expression was inscrutable as he quietly followed the little rabbit fleeing in panic.
Like a wolf patiently waiting to catch a rabbit.
Lin Tu tried every way he could think of to get away from that destined hero.
But no matter how far he ran, Lou Zimie was like a thorn lodged in his flesh. He could always silently wrap his arms around Lin Tu from behind, grab his rabbit tail, and corner him where there was nowhere left to run.
"I hear little rabbits can have false pregnancies," Lou Zimie said with a smile, gently stroking his poor little belly. "Xiao Tu, let me take a look, all right?"
#So much for being the light of righteousness.
#Is this really how the story is supposed to go?
