Fang Huixing transmigrates into a book.
The book is a bloated mess that combines corporate battles, tycoons, an ensemble cast, and an invincible protagonist.
In the novel, the protagonist is ruthless and decisive, the villain is a master strategist, brothers stand by each other through thick and thin, and rivals are exceptional...
But none of those characters have anything to do with Fang Huixing.
-- He's the personal bodyguard who has trained in martial arts since childhood, climbed Mount Everest barefoot, caught bullets with his bare hands, and taken down the king of the land with a slide tackle, all for the protagonist.
Worse still, the original owner took on four such jobs, and every contract comes with a sky-high penalty for breaking it.

Fang Huixing: Hello, here's the situation. Never mind that I'm only flesh and blood and weaker than the geese back home. The key point is that I only have 24 hours in a day. I can't be in that many places at once!
·
It's only a matter of time before Fang Huixing's inability to be in four places at once comes to light. He thinks he'll end up on the streets because he can't pay the penalties.
But after a few days on the job, he is surprised to discover that his employers are all quite capable of looking after themselves...
Employer No. 1 is kidnapped by an enemy and is in grave danger.
Fang Huixing rushes to the rescue, ready to fight to the death. Before he can even find the kidnappers, No. 1 has already taken them down single-handedly and calmly cleaned up the mess.
Employer No. 2 has to travel abroad on business and needs a bodyguard on high alert around the clock.
Fang Huixing downs three cups of coffee, planning to stay awake until dawn, but No. 2 opens the door of the luxury hotel suite: “I can walk around with my eyes closed and still be fine. You should catch up on sleep and get over your jet lag.”
Employer No. 3 is thwarted just before success and gets kicked while he's down.
Fang Huixing stands ready, wary of every hostile gaze, but No. 3 calmly produces the evidence that will turn things around: “Who was just saying they'd go after my bodyguard? I'll make them pay a hundredfold.”
How strange...
But this job is so easy...
Looking at the balance in his account, Fang Huixing lets out a cry from the bottom of his heart: A real bodyguard has to work four jobs!
·
The only downside is that Employer No. 4, Han Lu, the protagonist of this book, is nowhere near as good at looking after himself.
Fang Huixing lectures him, completely turning things upside down: “Han Lu, I'm a little disappointed in you. When I rated you a top-tier employer, I thought you were better than my first impression. I hoped you'd make an effort to handle your own security... But you're getting lazier by the day. Now you won't even sleep alone. Is that right? The end of the year is coming. Pick up the pace and start practicing military boxing.”
Han Lu expertly flips him over. “Teach me... teach me like this... why did you stop?”
