Shen Jiaojiao transmigrates into an old-school novel as the wicked fake heiress. According to the script, she is supposed to be exposed in Chapter 3, thrown in prison in Chapter 10, and die on the road to exile in Chapter 20.
But the Seventh Prince, Chu Heng, who was originally meant to personally send her to her death, suddenly starts showering her with flirtatious glances.
Shen Jiaojiao: ? Your Highness, where's your scheme? Where's your cold-heartedness?
You haven't been picked by the System and sent here to grit your teeth through a mission, have you?
So Shen Jiaojiao watches Chu Heng force himself to act devoted while silently seething with resentment, and quietly pulls out her little notebook:
[Today, the jerk was forced to compliment my clothes. Affection: -1. He secretly pinched his own thigh.
Today, the jerk was forced to put food in my bowl. Affection: -1. He went back and smashed up his study.]
Later, Shen Jiaojiao focuses on building a career alongside her reborn younger sister, the true heiress, and helps her become the dynasty's greatest female general.
But Chu Heng uses his own body to shield her from an arrow, and the System's punishment leaves him coughing up blood from the pain.
Chu Heng grips her wrist tightly. "Shen Jiaojiao, I can't tell anymore..."
