"Every child has an egg in their heart, and inside it is the person they dream of becoming."
Kirihara thinks he's all grown up now, and stopped believing that story after graduating from elementary school.
Until one morning, he really does hatch an egg.
Kirihara: !!! So fairy tales are real after all!
The tennis club members have been very worried lately. Their one promising first-year seems to have gone off the rails. Here's what he's been doing:
1. He often talks to himself when he's alone, even though there's nobody there.
2. In the middle of a match, he'll suddenly shout, "My heart, unlock!" (And make some weird gesture along with it.)
3. After shouting, his eyes turn red, and even his five dimensions change!
Everyone: Is this kid sick in both mind and body or something?!
Kirihara: I really am the chosen one! Hahahahaha!
By the time Kirihara becomes a second-year, the Rikkai Dai members realize their junior isn't just hallucinating. He's developed a split personality too. Here's what he's been doing:
1. When he talks to nobody, he turns his head this way and that.
2. Before he "transforms," he looks both ways, then picks a direction and shouts, "My heart, unlock!" (Still with that same weird gesture.)
3. He's got two different forms now!!
Everyone: Akaya, maybe we should take you to a specialist hospital. (terrified.jpg)
Kirihara: I've hatched a second egg! Hahahahaha!
*Reader's guide
1. Out-of-character behavior warning.
2. Rikkai Dai wins three consecutive titles.
3. Demon/angel dual-egg setup, but Utau isn't involved. This story only uses the Guardian concept, and no characters from the related anime will appear. You can still enjoy it even if you haven't seen Shugo Chara! (The eggs hatch little people who can transform, nods confidently.jpg)
Theme: A sincere heart will blossom into the flowers of dreams
