Lai Lai Mizunashi, an undercover agent from the Public Security Bureau's Zero Division, has been secretly infiltrating the Black Organization. She has a direct supervisor she's never met, whose gender is unknown and whose codename is Zero.

Because Zero is always incredibly gentle whenever they contact her, Lai Lai is convinced that her boss is a warm, dependable big-sister type of policewoman. So every day, she diligently reports her undercover experiences to her boss, especially when it comes to her annoying new partner: Bourbon.

"Sis, the Organization sent me on a mission with this blond, dark-skinned guy. He's sharp-tongued and devious, and he's a real pain to deal with!"

"That blondie with the dark skin even tried to honey-trap me! This guy is terrifying! If it weren't for the mission, I'd have punched him and told him to 'keep his distance.' Just like you, Sis, my heart belongs only to my country. Muah^3^~"

"I happened to save that helpless, delicate, handsome dark-skinned partner today. I must be a Bodhisattva reborn. Sis, praise me~"

Then, one day, several months into her undercover mission, Lai Lai carefully typed out a message:
