I Found a Son and Husband After Clearing the Wasteland

[Cold-faced, warm-hearted hottie x sweet, clingy, deceptively dark]

The strongest human esper is gravely injured during a mission. After the Center deems him “incurable,” he’s exiled.

With nothing left to lose, he heads straight for the most heavily contaminated region and fights his way to the core, until he’s spent every last bit of strength.

Just before his consciousness fades, something moist touches his fingertip.

He struggles to open his eyes and sees an indescribable black mass sucking on his finger. When it realizes he’s awake, it cries out joyfully...

“Mom!”

The recipient headbutts it. “I’m your dad, damn it!”

After somehow escaping death, the recipient is forced to survive with the black ball. Gradually, though, he discovers that anything he touches, kills, or makes has its contamination completely purified.

So he starts by saving people, taking in one contaminated drifter after another. He purifies the land, rebuilds houses, finds clean water, and grows food...

Before long, more and more people follow him, and a new base quietly rises from the ruins.

Meanwhile, the black ball takes the form of a boy and follows him around all day, calling him Mom.

The recipient is fed up. “I told you, I found you in a garbage dump. I’m not your mom!”

He sends the kid to school at the base, hoping for some peace and quiet.

But when the kid gets home, he comes running over, grabs him around the waist, and looks up with shining eyes. “The teacher said people only tell kids they found them in a garbage dump to fool them. I really was born to you, ”

The kid gets another headbutt.

The base grows stronger and more famous by the day. The Center repeatedly begs him to come back, even going so far as to plant people by his pillow.

After sending them off, the recipient turns around and sees the young man standing under the light, arms crossed, smiling at him.

Suddenly, he realizes that the little thing from back then is now taller than him, and hasn’t called him Mom in a long time.

He’s about to tell him to go to bed when the other man steps forward, his shadow falling over him. A hot breath brushes his ear. “Don’t look for anyone else. I can do it too.”

You shouldn’t be my mother.

You should be my wife.
