Lin Yun, a senior at an obscure university in a low-demand major, is about to graduate into unemployment when she unexpectedly inherits a bathhouse on the verge of closing from an elderly woman she once helped cross the street.
Who knew that good deeds really do get rewarded?
But the problem is, her major has nothing to do with running a bathhouse!
After walking around the place, Lin Yun sees old bath pools, broken entertainment facilities, a kitchen barely staying open, and food that tastes just so-so.
Well, no wonder it's going out of business.
The old woman vanished after that day. A lawyer handled all the follow-up, and Lin Yun honestly had no idea what to do, so she decided to put it off for now and find a job first.
Just as she began to think about giving up, a clear young voice rang out in her mind:
"Ding! The Luxury Resort Hotel System is now online."
"Business detected under Host's name: Huaqing Bathhouse. Qualification rating: F. Barely meets the requirements for binding."
"Binding successful."
"Please work hard to build the nation's number-one resort hotel!"
Lin Yun: OvO! A golden finger just smacked me right in the forehead!
From then on, on Xiaohongshu:
"What are some must-do activities in Y City?"
"Obviously, we need to have fun too. I go to Huaqing for a soak every week. If I skip a week, I feel all out of sorts. Take it from me, bro, you'll love it."
"Just arrived in Y City. Local recommendations for good food, please!"
"Girl, I'm from Y City! Do whatever else you like, but you have to try the buffet at Huaqing Bathhouse. If you don't, you'll regret it for the rest of your life!"
"Looking for three more people to join our murder mystery game at Huaqing. Six spots, three open. Let's carpool."
"Me, me, me! I was just thinking about going to Huaqing for a soak, then grabbing some snacks at the buffet. Sounds amazing, hehe."
"I want to go too! I'll take a nap there after the game. No idea why, but I have insomnia at home, while I sleep so well at Huaqing~"
Seeing exhausted people wash away their fatigue and unwind at her bathhouse gave Lin Yun a tremendous sense of accomplishment.
Now for the next step! Lin Yun clenched her fist to her chest. Huaqing, let's take over the whole country!
