Also known as The Martial Emperor Su Lili. A female-led story, scheduled to begin in the second half of 2026.
Su Lili, a low-level government clerk, transmigrates into the body of Su Lili, a notorious loafer in Bianjing, the Northern Song capital.
Su Lili is incredibly strong and idle, spending her days parading through Bianjing's streets and alleys with a gang of brothers. She even brazenly collects "protection money" from shops backed by princely mansions. During an argument, she loses too much blood and collapses in a shop.
The unlucky newcomer, Su Lili, is dressed in a sweat-soaked coarse-cloth outfit. She feels the foot-long scar on her arm and stares up at the broken roof with daylight shining through. Her heart sinks. Good heavens, she's a civilized person! She can't do this gangland stuff!
Even worse, when Su Lili feels herself over, she discovers in horror that the formidable Su Lili is, without a doubt, a girl!
Looking at the girls around her, still so young and already being sold from place to place with stalks of straw stuck in their hair, Su Lili looks up at the sky and sighs. Damn it, you really haven't left me any way out.
But don't underestimate a keyboard warrior from the twenty-first century! Su Lili may only know a little bit of everything, but as a low-level clerk, she's always been on the front lines of resolving disputes!
Fired up, Su Lili gathers her brothers and sisters. After a quick head count, they seize the industry's moment and put on the yellow robes, building Bianjing's booming delivery business from the ground up.
Just as Su Lili is counting stacks of money, making powerful friends, and living the high life, she discovers that it is now 1125 AD, less than a year before the Jingkang Incident.
Before she and her clan became homeless, despised loafers in Bianjing, they had been respectable families from the Sixteen Prefectures of Yanyun. They were survivors who had escaped the Jurchen cavalry, abandoned at the whim of the powers that be.
War breaks out. The west wind blows hard, and spears gleam.
"Yes, I'm a clever woman." The Ninth Prince reaches out to recruit her.
"Come south with us. Do once more what you did before, and share in a century of wealth and glory." It is a road to the heavens.
"But some things must be done."
Their paths are different, so they cannot work together. Su Lili turns away. Before her lie a shattered land and cries of grief across the fields; behind her are corrupt officials who cling to their posts and scheme against one another.
But Su Lili laughs freely. She remembers the few hurried lines in the history books, about those who walked the same road as her. She knows she is not alone.
From the archery contest at the camp gate to years of warfare, Su Lili forges a new path, one no one had ever imagined.
