Bai Nai x Shen Du
Flexible ghost x scheming bad boy
Bai Nai is the Boss of a Class C school dungeon. He always sits in a wheelchair, dressed in a faded school uniform, with soft black hair and a pale complexion. He looks frail, delicate, obedient, and harmless, but he's best at putting on an act. Usually, he's a pitiful NPC who has fallen victim to school bullying. But sometimes, when the mood strikes, he disguises himself as a player and stabs people in the back when they least expect it.
One day, as usual, a new group of players entered the dungeon. He happened to be in the mood, so he disguised himself in a school uniform and hid among them.
As he led the players in circles and they died one after another, there was one new player who simply wouldn't die, no matter how much Bai Nai toyed with him, teased him, or put him in mortal danger. He just looked at Bai Nai with pity. The guy was absurdly hard to kill.
...Who was supposed to be pitying whom here?!
Bai Nai sneered. Fine, then... no more hiding. He revealed his ghost form: eyes pitch-black, face white as a wall, long black hair cascading down his back, and his useless, crippled legs dangling in the air as he drifted toward the player.
He'd heard this newbie was entering a dungeon for the first time and had never seen a vengeful ghost before. Bai Nai wanted to see what kind of terrified expression he'd make.
Instead, the newbie steadied his wheelchair, frowned at his conspicuously thin legs floating in midair, and asked, puzzled, "Even after becoming a ghost, you still can't walk?"
Bai Nai snapped, "...Who ever heard of a ghost walking?!"
Don't ghosts all float?
The newbie raised an eyebrow. "Oh, you don't know much. But I suppose that's understandable. As a ghost in a school, you must have spent your whole life studying."
Bai Nai, who'd died at school and spent his short life of barely a dozen years studying: "...I'm going to kill him!"
Just as Bai Nai floated over to finish him off, the newbie suddenly called his name:
"Bai Nai."
Almost without thinking, he answered, "Here."
In an instant, the world twisted. Bai Nai, the powerful mastermind Boss of a Class C dungeon, was cruelly trapped inside a bottle.
Bai Nai pounded furiously on the glass. He'd become tiny, like a doll inside a glass dome. Not only could he not kill the damn newbie, he couldn't even shake the bottle.
"Let me out!"
"Sure." The newbie smiled as he admired the bottle. "I'll take you out of the dungeon so you can broaden your horizons."
Bai Nai panicked. "You're kidnapping me!"

A new player named Shen Du suddenly appeared on the points leaderboard, but his score fluctuated wildly. He earned a lot and spent a lot: one moment he was in the top ten, the next he was nowhere to be seen.
But anyone who'd spent time with him knew what was going on: he had a ghost for a pet.
Plenty of players kept ghosts as companions, usually by using powerful equipment to control them and wield them as weapons.
Shen Du was different. His ghost was completely useless to him, spent points like there was no tomorrow, talked nonsense nonstop, was sweet one moment and furious the next, and was always stabbing people in the back inside dungeons... In short, he had nothing but flaws.
Rumor had it Shen Du had been bewitched by a ghost.
Bai Nai replied, entirely unrepentant, "Don't you dare pity the kidnapper!"
Note:
1. Bai Nai is the gong: a beautiful gong, a weak gong. No switching, and no breaking them up.
2. A story about a dungeon Boss playing as a player in other dungeons. Everyone and every ghost is obsessed with him; it's melodramatic and brainless.
3. My take on infinite-flow fiction, full of personal worldbuilding, no logic or writing skill, and boring.
Theme: The world is so vast. Get out and see more of it.
