[Football] The Milan Saint and the Witch

[The main story is about Kaka, but it may branch into different short stories later, with Torres, Alonso, Guti, and others as his pairings.]

When Kaka was 18, an accident fractured his spine and nearly left him paralyzed. As he despaired, feeling helpless, his parents hired a witch to treat him.

The young witch was three years younger than Kaka.

They said she had already performed several miracles, curing a number of devout believers who had fallen ill.

But the witch had paid for these cures with her own health.

She was hospitalized with severe heart failure, in the same hospital as Kaka...

After suddenly transmigrating to Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1998, Miya could never figure out why she had transmigrated, or how she was supposed to survive in this era.

Fortunately, she met a kind priest who offered her shelter in his church.

There, Miya unexpectedly discovered that she had a special power to heal.

But she never expected that using this power would consume her own life force.

After performing miracles and healing several people, Miya finally landed herself in the hospital.

Even so, a devout couple still came to her in tears, begging her to heal their poor child, who believed in God and might otherwise spend his whole life bedridden and paralyzed.

Miya agreed, thinking that if she died after saving him, maybe she would transmigrate back again...

But when Miya struggled into his hospital room in her patient gown, she never expected to see Kaka at eighteen.

Kaka, whom she'd heard of, admired, and paused to gaze at, even though she'd never watched a single football match!

And even more incredibly, Miya saw a kind of power in Kaka. No, more accurately, a faith.

A faith that countless people in the future would love!

A faith that could give her strength, cure her heart failure, and heal other people too!

Miya took Kaka's hand. Now she understood why she had come...

A few years later, San Siro welcomed their saint, and the whole Apennine Peninsula welcomed the century's only witch, a saint recognized by the Church: Saint Miya!
