The Best Time to Plant a Tree Was Twenty Years Ago

After her mother was in a car accident, Jiang Chengcheng left the bustling big city and returned to the small county where she grew up. On her first day filling in at her mother's job, she ran into three underachieving kids and their father, who happened to be her ex-boyfriend.

As a rare tree to take human form, Jiang Xu belonged to an ancient protected species, the kind protected because it had gone extinct. Every day he counted how many leaves had fallen from his head, struggling to raise three children and survive in his clan's territory. A poor little cabbage, so pitiful!

Watching Jiang Xu grow more and more childlike, Jiang Chengcheng couldn't help asking, "What do you eat over there?"

"I don't eat anything. They won't give me anything to eat! It's outrageous!" Jiang Xu said indignantly.

Jiang Chengcheng heard the leaves on his head rustling loudly and fell silent.

She seemed to have taken in a tree that wasn't very bright.

Content warning: Male pregnancy, male pregnancy, male pregnancy!!! The male lead isn't human, so don't worry about the children causing him any problems. The children are born as seeds, which are planted and grown. Since he isn't human, he also doesn't care about the children's schooling. In short, he's not like an ordinary person.

The female lead doesn't know about it at first, but she really does take on the education of the three girls without knowing the truth.

The main focus is raising kids. I don't know why, but writing children just comes so easily, hehe.
