Synopsis:

Penacony, this land of dreams, was once the witness to your happy childhood.

When Sunday and Robin went to class, you often played with the child of a visitor whenever you got bored.

Though many people seemed unable to see him at all, you still considered him your best friend and brought him to the secret hideout that belonged only to the two of you.

“Who’s that?” your black-haired, green-eyed friend asked.

You glanced at Mikhail, still fast asleep, and replied evenly, “Just a decoration.”

As time passed, your childhood memories slowly faded.

Then one day, you took leave from your mentor and returned home from Truth University to attend the Charmony Festival. By chance, you ran into that childhood friend again.

The circumstances of your reunion weren’t exactly wonderful...

He knocked on your door and said, “Police.”

A little skit:

You: Believe me, I’m an alien. Send me 50 yuan so I can fix my spaceship. Once I’m back on my home planet, I’ll make you supreme leader!

Klein: I don’t believe you.

You: Then would you believe me if I said I transmigrated?

Klein: I believe you!

You: Then send me 50 yuan.

Klein: What did you just say? I didn’t hear you.

Another little skit:

You: I know a red-haired man who wears armor and is a powerful fighter. He’s handsome, often praised for his looks, fiercely devoted to his faith, and once saved my life...

→ Me, who fits the description perfectly: (confidently) That’s me, right?

You: His name is Argenti!

Mei: ?

One more little skit:

Gallagher (flipping through the handbook): Why has this thing gotten so much thicker?

Gallagher: There are dozens of new rules just for entering the Dream Pool: no entering upside down, no running across the room and leaping into the Dream Pool, no diving boards...

These scenes take place at indeterminate points in the timeline and appear randomly in the story.

A few reminders:

The main story is a third-person self-insert otome novel, with occasional shifts to other viewpoints. It’s pure wish fulfillment.

The heroine is a little split-personality. If you’ve been soaking in the Dream Pool for that long and haven’t developed mental problems, are you even from Penacony?

Contains lots of original lore, and most of the story takes place in the world of Lord of the Mysteries.

Not just a little melodrama. The synopsis may change at any time.

I hadn’t read Circle of Inevitability when I started writing, but I’ll look up the lore.

Honkai: Star Rail is written for fans of male leads. The Trailblazer is the player, so don’t worry about whether players are male, female, intersex, or eunuchs.
