Synopsis
A half-dead, outwardly lively, mischief-loving evil god X a half-alive, apathetic, world-weary couch potato
The moment Xuan Yingshu opened her eyes, an evil cow cat claiming to be a "System" told her she had entered a full-dive game set in a vast xianxia Cthulhu world.
Good news: Her role was a cool, flamboyant, world-destroying evil god. All she had to do was wait for the protagonist to show up and stab her to death, and then she could go home.
Bad news: She'd spent nine years leveling up, and just when she finally got strong enough, the protagonist died first.
Xuan, who had waited nine years, the world-destroying evil god who hadn't even made a move, Yingshu: ...Is this for real?!!!!!
After the world restarted, Xuan Yingshu angrily put away her golden tentacles and flashy horns.
For the first time, she stepped out of the cave where she'd been holed up for nine years.
Heh. This time, she wasn't going to let the male lead, that useless little weakling, get killed before she could do anything!
After killing the evil god, Qiong Zhuqing opened his eyes and found himself back in the year he first joined the sect.
At first, he thought Heaven had given him a chance to put everything right.
But the harder he tried, the more bitter it became.
The more he interfered, the sooner the predetermined ending arrived.
Once, twice, three times... The endless cycle began.
With his memories of the future, he seemed trapped in a bizarre loop.
Everyone but him was like a marionette in a storybook, repeating the same doomed fate again and again, forever following the script.
Later, he finally understood: it was a curse that left no one able to escape.
By the start of the hundredth loop, his heart was colder than a butcher's knife after ten years of slaughter. Yet in that unchanging world, an unexpected variable appeared.
The evil god, always stiff and dull, whom he had killed countless times, had finally left her lair, where she had refused to budge in all ninety-nine previous loops, and had come straight to him...
Qiong Zhuqing: Is she coming to me to get killed?
Before Xuan Yingshu saw the male lead:
Useless, fragile, can't let anyone kill him first again.
After she saw the male lead:
Lazy good-for-nothing. He deserves to die. No wonder he got killed so quickly.
The male lead, on the first day he discovered the evil god: Sigh~ Too lazy to kill her. Whatever.
The nth day of ignoring the evil god: Hehe~ She sacrificed her favorite tentacle for me. She must be madly in love with me~
A note from the author
1. The female lead isn't perfect. Early on, she's selfish, evil, and a mischief-loving jerk, with a chaotic neutral outlook.
2. The setting is xianxia Cthulhu, with eerie cultivation and lots of original worldbuilding.
3. My writing is amateurish, but I'll improve.
If any of the above are dealbreakers for you, please read with caution~

Jiang He never thought she would have anything to do with Jiang Xuli.
A big name at school, Jiang Xuli came from a well-off family and was popular. Apart from being able to beat him academically, she felt as though they lived in two different worlds.
But by chance, they ended up in the same class and inevitably crossed paths a lot.
Then she discovered that Jiang Xuli, who was friendly to everyone, seemed to hold a grudge against her alone.
His inexplicable dislike gave Jiang He the sense to cut her losses and promptly put an end to her crush.
Even after she learned that Jiang Xuli had stood up for his childhood sweetheart, and the whole thing had been a ridiculous misunderstanding, she had no intention of explaining herself.
When someone is already prejudiced against you, it goes without saying that they'll choose their childhood friend, with whom they share a deep bond, over an ordinary classmate.
So when people said Jiang Xuli had a crush on her, she only thought coldly: He sure went all out just to get back at me on behalf of his childhood sweetheart!
*
When someone asked Jiang Xuli why he disliked Jiang He so much, he furrowed his brows. "She's too calculating. She doesn't act like a student."
Jiang He had just arrived at the karaoke bar when she turned around and left. Jiang Xuli looked down on her, and she looked down on him too.
At first, Jiang Xuli only paid attention to her because his friend did. He already had a poor impression of her: selfish, mean, scheming, shamelessly playing the victim, sometimes utterly spineless and sometimes stubborn to a fault...
But before he knew it, whenever Jiang He appeared, his gaze would seek her out on its own, and he'd find himself watching her without meaning to.
The more he watched her, the more he realized Jiang He wasn't as bad as he'd imagined.
When he heard from someone else that Jiang He liked him, Jiang Xuli, who had always scoffed at such things, felt his heart skip a beat. Remembering all the times she had gone head-to-head with him, he felt his face grow inexplicably hot.
If it were Jiang He, he supposed he could make an exception.
*
When Jiang Xuli heard that a boy had confessed to Jiang He, he was sure he knew how it would go. Sure enough, Jiang He rejected him outright.
The boy demanded, unwilling to give up: "Did you reject me because you like Jiang Xuli too?"
Jiang Xuli's lips curled into a smile.
The next second, Jiang He gave a cold laugh. "I could like a monkey, but I'd never like him."
The boy: "..." That was a bit harsh.
Jiang Xuli: "..." The sky was falling.
