Level Ten Inspector [Infinite]

Anyone who committed evil in life but escaped the punishment they deserved will enter a world of trials after death and face its challenges. Legend has it that anyone who passes ten stages can come back to life. To clear the stages, many people begin attacking other challengers who enter the same stage. As more and more challengers clear the stages, they gradually learn to exploit loopholes in the rules to evade punishment for breaking them. To maintain order, the Eleventh Bureau is established. Its inspectors blend in with the challengers and face the trials alongside them, promptly eliminating those “villains” who break the rules.

Shi Wan worked hard to get into the Eleventh Bureau. She thought the inspectors would be mysterious and impressive, but it turns out they aren’t protected in the trials, and they have to keep their identities secret from the challengers. Their jobs are even more dangerous than the challengers’. Their only real perk is being able to exchange their points for high-level items, but... they can’t afford anything.

Hoping to enjoy a life where she works for six months, then takes six months off, she can only grind through the trials and level up. Before she knows it, she’s reached the same level as her boss. Her old teachers are clamoring to acknowledge her as their leader, and former classmates are begging her to carry them through the trials. The only person she can’t handle is the Eleventh Bureau’s legendary powerhouse.

Shi Wan: “Do you like me?”

Shen Yuchu: “I’ll tell you when you reach level eight.”

Shi Wan: “The highest-ranked inspector in the Eleventh Bureau is only level eight!”

Shen Yuchu: “I’m level eight too.” ╮(╯_╰)╭

Shi Wan: (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻
