Echoes of Daylight

Village beauty Cheng Xiaohua returns from studying abroad with a promissory note in hand to visit her former best friend, Fang Mi.

Her friend has run away from home and vanished without a trace, so Cheng Xiaohua decides to track her down.

Friendship is friendship, money is money.

Eight hundred thousand yuan can't just go down the drain. Even if it does, it should at least make a splash.

It's just that this splash is far too loud, loud enough to deafen.

Theme: The world is a giant echo chamber.
