After the Top Villain Was Disfigured

An ordinary person in a fictional superhero world where people with superpowers run rampant.

It's not so bad!

I like an exciting life, but only as a spectator.

I prefer the little joys of everyday life, so I'm very happy being an ordinary person.

But the world's number-one supervillain just has to come looking for me in the middle of the night to talk about life.

He's cruel, handsome, arrogant, and looks down on everyone.

He's hit every one of my pet peeves.

If he weren't a rich, handsome bachelor, I wouldn't let him squeeze in beside me.

"Can I be redeemed?"

"No. No one can save someone holding a gun to their own temple!"
