[Korean Showbiz] The Female Lead Is Confused

Ever since I came to Korea, I’ve kept getting private messages from idols asking to meet up for no apparent reason. A friend who’s almost made it into the sasaeng business stared at the high-resolution photos she’d managed to buy off me for the umpteenth time and asked how I pulled it off. I scratched my head and said I had no idea. Maybe my name just sounded like a Japanese girl’s? Or maybe the guys would take anyone who looked good? My friend fell silent for a while, then told me she found the second explanation easier to accept. *Also known as “How to Make Money Off Sleazy Guys” and “My 26-Year-Old Male Tenant” *First-person, slice-of-life. If the female lead gets called a homewrecker, it’ll be the idol himself who gets criticized. The female lead is just an innocent bystander, and her friend has already bought up all the photos showing her face. *The female lead is roughly the gender-swapped version of a harem-novel male lead from a certain web-fiction site. She includes a woman who freeloads but has no qualms about it, the three rules of a scumbag woman (never make the first move, never refuse, never take responsibility), and the kind of person who’s ordinary but supremely confident. Essentially, she’s a dark, bitter, messed-up b*tch, and she’s far from perfect. *All rumors are assumed true. If you’re here to nitpick, don’t read. The plot revolves around the protagonist. Theme: Take control of your destiny
