Some tips I've thought of so far:
Two straight men mistake each other in women's clothes for their unattainable first love, only to discover that they are each other's true love.
There might be lots of melodramatic twists, with fake deaths and a chase to win back a lover, and so on. Both the top and bottom will be put through the wringer. Not recommended for people with strong character preferences. Overall, the bottom gets it worse.
They'll develop a size difference later on.
They argue their mouths off in public, and kiss their mouths off in private.
