As his younger brother's blood snaked across the floor to form "L-101," the killer was tracing the outline of his body in chocolate sauce. Yue Yangfan's orders were to sign a caretaker's contract and feed candy to this madman.
"It's a pleasure working with you~" Lu Jiandong's blue eyes glinted with a cold, mechanical light. The sound of his fangs tearing open the chocolate wrapper was like bones snapping. "Remember to prepare three truffles for me every day." He licked the sugary smear from Yue Yangfan's fingertip. "...Or I might not be able to stop myself from biting through your carotid artery."
Yue Yangfan stared at the L-shaped brand on the other's waist, identical to his brother's, and suddenly laughed softly. He grabbed Lu Sudong by the collar and kissed him amid the shrill alarm of a blood glucose monitor.
"What a coincidence." A rivet-jade dagger pressed against the data port at the back of Lu Jiandong's neck. Yue Yangfan's breath brushed his bloodstained canine tooth. "I also need to shed blood regularly... to maintain my human form."
