(Tentative title, happy ending)
There is a land whose eastern reaches begin at the Thousand Ravines Heaven, whose northern border stretches to Cold Swallow Bone, and whose western edge touches the Tears of Desolate Clouds. People call it Dongling.
Eleven years ago, Li Youling, young lord of Dongling, and Zhang Bujin, the greatest swordsman in the martial world, agreed to duel at Buque Cliff. It is said that on that day they fought so fiercely that heaven and earth grew dark, and their swords rang louder than thunder.
But supposedly, neither could best the other. Both were gravely wounded and died at the foot of Buque Cliff. Two famed swords were left embedded in the sheer cliff face: one called Canglang Bai, the other Biqiong Qing. After that, tales of their extraordinary prowess vanished from the martial world, and the two of them disappeared without a trace.
Recently, however, a black-clad stranger used the sword technique "Withered Scales Cross the Waters," which had once made one of them famous throughout the martial world, and rumors began circulating among the people once more.
What doubts and old secrets from the past still remain hidden in the events of that time?
