How to Raise a Young God-Whisperer

What? You want a master who loves swords with all their heart and soul?

Well, it might be possible, but how would we make that happen...

Kitsunozuke be like: I've got a plan.

So, at the wish of the sword warriors, Kitsunozuke brought a three-year-old little master to the citadel.

That's right, three years old.

Kitsunozuke: What do you think? If we raise them from the start, surely everyone can bring up a master who loves sword warriors, right?

I see. How clever, Kitsunozuke.

This is a plan no ordinary person could ever think of. It's practically divine inspiration and wisdom

the hell it is.

The citadel's starter sword fell silent for a moment, then pressed down on Kitsunozuke's head without changing expression and sighed.

"I see. Child labor. How many years are we going to get?"

The Temporal Affairs Bureau really must be on the verge of collapse if they're willing to use a child worker this young.

If they're really that short-staffed, honestly, they should just surrender to the Time-Flowing Army.

He wasn't exactly eager to take on six giant skeleton kangaroos by himself when the time came.

...Fine, we're here now, so we'll raise them. It's not like we can send them back.

Let me think about the best way to do that...

What? The master is too young?

No worries. We'll find someone who's good with kids. Out of all these swords, someone must know how.

What? The master is actually a fox?

No worries. With so many swords around, surely we can find a fox.

What? Kitsunozuke kidnapped the master?

The sword warriors: ?

Wait, that's actually a problem.

KITSUNOZUKE!

"Reading Guide"

1. A cozy, bedtime-story sort of slice-of-life, with practically no main plot.

2. The sword warriors are very doting. Although the story revolves around the little one, there's a lot of interaction among the sword warriors themselves, so readers looking for a pure childcare story may want to think twice before jumping in~

Theme: Children raised surrounded by love can learn to love.
