After Becoming the Best Friend of the Dragon-Attitude Protagonist

Demon Lord Yan Minglou accidentally learns that he is the villainous BOSS in a book, a stepping stone on the protagonist's path to immortality.

He is destined to be slain by the protagonist's sword, skinned and dismembered, his demonic bones turned into a priceless treasure for the immortals.

While the protagonist, Jiang Linyuan, is still weak, Yan Minglou decides to strike first.

He disguises himself as Jiang Linyuan's best friend, staying by his side as he grows. He risks his life for him and stands by him through thick and thin. No matter the danger or temptation, he never abandons Jiang Linyuan.

Yan Minglou dares say that no one under heaven could be a more devoted friend than him.

That way, when Jiang Linyuan discovers his true identity, he will be utterly heartbroken and lose all will to live.

The plan is perfect, except for one small problem:

Jiang Linyuan is getting clingier by the day.

Yan Minglou: Helping him take off his clothes and apply medicine is one thing, and letting him hold me while he sleeps is one thing, but why do we have to bathe together?!

Yan Minglou suspects Jiang Linyuan has a taste for men, but soon manages to convince himself otherwise:

This is normal. It's just brotherly affection.

As a good friend, Yan Minglou can indulge Jiang Linyuan in a few harmless little requests.

He will never cross the line!

Until the day Jiang Linyuan is drugged with an aphrodisiac.

"Minglou, help me..."
