Morgans spread the story far and wide. Before long, news that the Whitebeard Pirates' Phoenix had been kidnapped had reached across the Grand Line and into the New World.
The man at the center of the story, Marco, knew nothing of the rumors sweeping the world.
He had been tied up in a cave, with countless gold coins and jewels piled at his feet.
And a raven dancing for him.

Morgana is a raven who loves shiny treasures.
She has collected hair more brilliant than rubies and hawk-like eyes that rival golden irises.
But Morgana still isn't satisfied.
She heard there was a whale ship at sea, with a bird aboard whose flames burned blue. The pirates called him Marco the Phoenix.
Morgana decides to court him.
