A high-tech AR product suddenly began circulating on the market. Put it on, and you could experience everything in the virtual world in real life.
After putting on the device, people were amazed to discover that life and work in the semi-virtual world had become easier and more convenient, and making money was easier too. They started relying on the device more and more.
As a result, no one paid attention to the real world anymore.
Then one day, the world began to change.
The people selected by a tech company to test its new product a few months earlier never came back.
The others were horrified to discover that the devices on their heads suddenly wouldn't come off either.
At the same time, the same virtual screen appeared before everyone, displaying bold text as a mechanical System voice rang out across the globe:
