Work Report on Building a Cross-Dimensional Passage to Honmaru

Dear Lord Adjudicator,

Greetings! I miss you so much!! But Chougi and Hasebe told me to mind the formatting, so here's my report on the past week's work:

I. Work Progress

(1) Nakao and Honeami reported for stable duty on time, carried out their duties conscientiously, and completed their tasks successfully;

(2) Kasen and Yamanbagiri watered and sowed the fields on time during farm duty, and worked with the Sada family to plow the land with the tractor;

(3) ...

II. Shortcomings

(1) Some blades use their seniority to criticize other blades' reports, demanding strict standards from others while giving themselves a free pass;

(2) Certain blades are too eager to defend their rights, setting a poor example for the citadel;

(3) Hasebe is easier to fool than Chougi. I recommend including him in the senior-blade care program.

(4) ...

III. Plans for the Next Period

Try to get to your side as soon as possible.
