Fake mistress-takes-the-wife's-place, melodramatic amnesia ABO mash-up short story

Germaphobic, not-a-good-guy young master gong x combat-ready, sweet-faced but sinister shou

As the Alliance's famously unattainable beauty, Jiang Lingming has a marriage that everyone pities.

His Alpha husband seems gentle and affectionate toward the whole world, but is stingy with Jiang Lingming: he doesn't care about him, show him concern, or even remember his name.

But that's all right. Everyone says that one day, the young master will come around. When Jiang Lingming finally can't take it anymore and wants to leave, his husband will understand what he's lost.

Jiang Lingming thinks so, too.

He used every means at his disposal to get this marriage, and it will surely end the way he planned.

But before his husband can kneel, take it all back, and weep bitterly, another Omega is the one who arrives. Rising on tiptoe, the Omega wraps an arm around Jiang Lingming's shoulder with a bright smile and murmurs in his ear:

"Mr. Jiang, who do you think you are, trying to steal my husband from me?"

P.S. Fake (that's the important part) mistress-takes-the-wife's-place plot. The gong and the cannon-fodder character were never actually married, and since this is a melodramatic story, you know what I'm planning, right?

The gong and the legitimate partner are 1v1 in body and mind, from beginning to end.

I felt like writing a melodramatic short story, so I'm putting this out to whet your appetite (not really).

Probably not long enough to be paywalled, so it'll likely be free.
