[Mutual Pursuit]
The Lord of Hell will awaken within the next fifty years. To prepare, Hell is conducting an emergency large-scale purchase of souls in the twenty-first century and urgently needs to hire procurement officers.
A special selection competition will be held to find qualified agents for the demons.
Vincent works as a procurement officer at a small company. Then one day, he receives a recruitment email inviting him to take part in the management trainee selection process for a large multinational corporation.
He figures he might as well give it a try. It can't kill him.
As it turns out, it really can.
Antonio is eighteen, blond and blue-eyed, strong as an ox, and a star on the football team. His grades are a little poor, though, so he's planning to attend community college.
One day, he gets a letter inviting him to the selection process. Seeing that passing the preliminary round comes with a thousand dollars in travel expenses, he decides to try his luck.
He has no idea that this is the start of a whole string of bad luck.
[Reader's Guide]
Vincent: Smart but short-tempered, a clever version of a cow cat.
Antonio: Not so bright, but good-natured and great at getting things done. When Vincent blows up, he just assumes he's meowing.
A Western-style survival game with horror and plenty of logical deduction. The blurb may be revised later, but the theme will stay the same.
Completely fictional, with no connection to real-world religion.
[About the Release]
This probably won't start until I finish writing The Misfortune Lottery, though I may work on both at once.
I'll start earlier if the advance reader numbers are good. It's disheartening when the infinite-round leaderboard has no openings and hardly anyone reads it.
Finally, thanks for adding it to your collection. I'll work hard to keep it updated. Kisses.
Theme: There's no easy road to finding a job.
