Wait, why has the Black Organization already been wiped out, while the Police Academy Five are all still alive? And why are there monsters threatening the world here, too...

As soon as he arrived, he transformed and started fighting monsters. After changing back, he locked eyes with a cat-eyed police officer whose undercover mission had just ended.

While praising his childhood hero, he handcuffed Moriyama Kanaya and took him away.

The Detective Conan world was supposed to be scientific, but an unknown drug has seeped into it, and mutated monsters are throwing everything into chaos. People are lost in false dreams, and they desperately need a masked superhero to snap them out of it.
And so Moriyama Kanaya appeared.
Armed with magical gadgets from a 2D god, he fights his way forward, transforming into Kamen Rider Whiskey. He takes on monsters, tramples the Black Organization, and turns Beika Town upside down, all while resolving one crisis after another.
Moriyama Kanaya is great in every way, except for a few fuzzy quirks: he's a bit of a chuunibyou, and he loves putting on street performances, dragging Morofushi Hiromitsu into skits like Ultraman versus Godzilla.
Everyone is at their wit's end: What are you, exactly?! (Frantic)
Moriyama Kanaya: (adjusts his sunglasses) I'm just a Kamen Rider passing through.
And then there's Moriyama Kanaya: Heh heh heh, I'll be the one to destroy this world's Dark Reunion!

1. This is a silly, lighthearted power fantasy. The protagonist and Hiromitsu save the world together. No need to think too hard while reading, OMO.
2. The protagonist is a bit of a chuunibyou with an odd way of thinking. He's a good friend of Kaido Shun, but the story itself stays in the Detective Conan setting.
5. Moriyama Kanaya is the main Rider, and Hiromitsu is the secondary Rider, but everyone gets a chance to transform (?!)
6. The extras feature the official Kamen Rider from the Detective Conan world, "Modified No. 2 Soda Man" Saiki Kusuo, and "Jet-Black Wings" Kaido Shun. They all join forces to fight Gomera^^
7. No romance [emphasized], though couples may be mentioned jokingly, so be warned.
