[Superheroes] An Archenemy Is an Archenemy, After All

The first day after Superman's death.

Lexi leisurely popped open a bottle of champagne in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, celebrating the fulfillment of her wish.

The second day after Superman's death.

Lexi put on a black suit and hypocritically read the eulogy she'd had her assistant write, speaking to the media's cameras. She said Metropolis would always remember him.

The third day after Superman's death.

Lexi strolled happily through the streets of Metropolis, no longer worrying about a scarlet cape appearing in the sky above her.

The fourth day after Superman's death.

Lexi returned to the lab and packed away her custom kryptonite weapons and red sun radiation. She didn't need them anymore.

The fifth day after Superman's death.

Lexi visited his grave for the first time. She knew it was empty, and that what had been buried there was only a replica of his suit. Still, she stood there for a long time.

The sixth day after Superman's death.

Lexi glared at the name on the tombstone. "How dare you leave me like this?!"

The seventh day after Superman's death.

Lexi decided to bring Superman back to life.

The first day after Superman's resurrection.

Lexi wanted to kill Superman.

[Before You Read]

1. Lexi/Superman, enemies are still enemies, even if it's a romance (singing).

2. Lexi is gender-swapped. This is a personal preference, so please steer clear if it bothers you.

3. A relaxing story to lift your mood. I write whatever comes to mind.
