(Gu Jian) A Startling Dream

Mo Qingheng didn't know whether she could even be called alive anymore. Her soul had inexplicably left her original body and the world she belonged to, arriving in this strange world that seemed to belong to ancient times. Her soul would not dissipate or enter the cycle of reincarnation. She could only wander endlessly through this world, possessing other people and leaving each body when she could no longer sustain it, then searching for the next person whose body she could take over. This was not the life she wanted, but she had no conscious control over this behavior. She felt no pain and had no need to eat or drink. Her body could even rot. Perhaps... she no longer counted as a person at all... This story breaks up the Shaogong and Xunfang pairing. If you don't like that, don't read it... The male lead is Ouyang Shaogong. The story begins long before he arrives at Penglai, so back then he isn't even called Ouyang Shaogong yet [covers face]. Most of the story is original, with very little following the plot of Gu Jian. I'm a fragile newcomer who needs encouragement, so please add this to your favorites if you can [covers face]. The last character in the heroine's name is pronounced heng, with the second tone. It means the horizontal jade on a jade pendant. I got the inspiration for the name from Shaogong's Qingyu Altar... Apparently this is the cover of the traditional Chinese edition of Gu Jian. Shaogong is so gorgeous! Come and look, Miss, I love you! After chapter 19, the story will veer into all kinds of melodramatic, over-the-top, angst-ridden Qiong Yao-style plotlines. Please protect your eyes so they don't get hurt [kicked away]. Theme:
