Note: Be aware that at first, both the seme and the uke genuinely want to kill each other. Their romance isn't exactly normal either. They fall for each other because they share the same illness.
The uke is quite the heartthrob, with plenty of people falling for him, but there is also a mutual attraction between the seme and the uke. The seme appears relatively late. This is a long, plot-driven story, so the romance will take up a smaller portion.
The worldview of the novel is built around an apocalypse setting. Please don't apply it to real life.
