While hiking, Gu Shan accidentally missed a step and transmigrated into an unknown jungle. Who could understand how horrified he was when he opened his eyes to find himself surrounded by a primitive wilderness?
He thought he had transmigrated to ancient times. After all, he had walked for ages without seeing a single person, and his phone still had no signal.
It wasn't until he saw a huge dinosaur on an open patch of ground, its jaws clamped around a smaller one, that Gu Shan realized he had transmigrated to prehistoric times.
To survive, he drew on everything he knew and could do, eventually finding himself a cave to live in. He had practically become a caveman.
And so Gu Shan clung to life. He thought he would die alone.
But one night, his slightly swollen belly began to hurt. The pain felt like it was tearing him apart, leaving him unable to get up. All he could do was writhe on a bed made of dried grass.
After an unknown amount of time, Gu Shan finally came to after passing out from the pain. He discovered that he had laid three white eggs, and they were alive.
Gu Shan: “…”
He felt the three eggs, at a loss as to what to do.
The instant he first saw them, he had thought he must be going crazy. How could a human man lay eggs?
But when he touched the three eggs and felt their warmth, Gu Shan decided that if he was crazy, then so be it.
At least in this world, he was no longer alone. He had these three eggs to keep him company.
A month later, he stared at the three bugs that had just hatched.
Gu Shan thought expressionlessly that he should throw them away. Even if he had laid them himself, he should still throw them away.
He simply couldn't accept living with bugs.
But it didn't take long for him to change his mind.
As he ate the delicious roasted prey hunted by the three bugs, Gu Shan, who hadn't eaten meat in ages, nearly cried.
He ate his fill, and for the first time since transmigrating, he went to bed with a full stomach.
But then Gu Shan woke with a start, and when he felt the fragrant liquid on his hand, he was horrified.
Damn!
What is this?!
Right after that, the three bugs crawled up, drawn by the smell.
