1. A cool, aloof, unflappable male-god top with maxed-out combat skills and an emperor's personality. Taciturn, but his words never fail to shock. Irresistible to everyone, and unaware of it. The main plot is the top's swaggering, awesome life at military school.
2. The story contains a lethal dose of descriptions of the top's looks and presence. One word runs through the whole book: swagger.
3. The top is always in control. Everyone is drawn to him (not necessarily romantically). The characters are divided into fans of the top and twisted fans of the top.
4. Romance isn't a major focus. See the character list for the official bottom. They are pure in body and heart. The top only returns the official bottom's romantic feelings. The bottom's feelings are always stronger. Characters other than the official bottom may not be pure in body, depending on their characterization, but nothing below the neck happens in this story.
5. The author wants to say the top is a charming, adorable, strong top, but that might be shameless self-promotion. T_T
