A story of people misinterpreting everything, an invincible heroine, OOC warning, and a super-satisfying power fantasy.
A player won an early-access account for a game and couldn't wait to try it. But after starting the game, they ended up inside it.
Based on years of reading novels, there are only two ways to escape:
Either die and return to reality, or fall in love, get physically and emotionally tortured, then discover it was all a dream and return to reality.
The player, who's been single since birth, chose the first option.
So they were always on the front line of trying to get themselves killed:
A married couple getting divorced? The player was there!
The world ending? The player was there!
An evil company planning a merciless massacre? The player was there too!
But how did they end up becoming a famous do-gooder throughout the cosmos?
Especially you, one of my own kind! Stop putting shields on me!
Aventurine was troubled. What was he supposed to do when his fellow Avegian was always trying to die?
He knew she talked that way, but was actually a warmhearted good person. She was just too softhearted and kept getting hurt.
So Aventurine did everything he could to protect his only fellow Avegian. At first, he only wanted to take care of her, but gradually he realized he could no longer live without her.
When it became clear that trying to get killed wasn't working, the player decided to try another approach.
If they couldn't get themselves killed, then they should fall in love!
Who should they choose? Their dear fellow Avegian, Kakavasha? Or Blade, their partner in trying to die?
[Warnings: 1. The author enjoys all pairings, so there will be plenty of unrequited crushes, regardless of gender. There will be other characters besides the two mentioned in the synopsis.
2. One-on-one ending, with Aventurine as the final pairing. Other characters will be involved along the way.
3. I love wooden-headed heroines most.]
I looked it up and found that the Avegians are based on the Romani. The player's name is Elektronikani Khelnárka, shortened to Khelka, meaning "female player" in Romani. Well, I just thought "player" was too common, so I wanted to show off a little.
Saved on 2025.9.16. A short story turned into a long one. The original was published in my green-and-white collection on 2025.2.8.
Theme: My love blossoms forever in ink.
Please update soon, I'm going to cry 💔
When will the update start?
It was only one chapter, which really shocked me.
Why is there only one chapter? Why don't you just follow it up?
By the way, why does the author keep opening new articles and not updating the introduction? 🍉
