The Corner Rule

A free, serialized sweet romance, a short story of around 100,000 characters. Please add it to your favorites QWQ (I'll probably start it after I reach about 500 favorites).

The male lead steals away a rich patron's kept boy, a pure romance, and for the author, absolutely angst-free. I'll start this after finishing Top-Tier Star as a healing read. The protagonist is Huijiang's teacher; it has a nurturing, redemptive feel.

Rich but conflicted patron x poor but flirtatious poser (already an old married couple in Top-Tier Star)

1.

At the basketball team's victory banquet, a tall, handsome young man walked in, holding the hand of a long-haired girl in glasses.

Everyone started making a fuss.

"Whoa, the captain finally brought his girlfriend to meet the guys?"

"Hello, sis-in-law! Hello, sis-in-law!"

Only one person lowered his head, took a sip of tea, and said nothing.

"Hey, Jiang Ting, so this is the captain's real girlfriend! She's gorgeous. I heard she's a genius studying theoretical physics, and she and the captain come from families of equal standing."

Gorgeous?

Jiang Ting coolly lifted his eyes, glancing at the girl whose cheeks were flushed with embarrassment.

She was pretty enough when she was trembling and kissing me last night.

2.

"Oh, that art student who looks like a drag queen."

That was Ming Wei's first introduction to Jiang Ting, from her first love.

So, years later, as she lay beneath him, watching him work hard to pleasure her, she suddenly reached out and touched his face.

"What's wrong?" He held her hand down and wouldn't let go, lowering himself to kiss her tenderly as he claimed her with force.

Ming Wei wrapped her arms around him and laughed breathlessly. "Jiang Ting, are you some kind of demon? How else did you get me so completely under your spell?"

"That's right." He stared into her eyes. "I'm a demon made just for you."

I was already in love with you while you were still in love with someone else.
