Before Fang Qiu turned eighteen, the worst hardship he'd ever faced was an iced Americano without sugar. The only thing he knew about farming was Stardew Valley.
Then, on his eighteenth birthday, his mother told him, "You're not my biological son."
In an instant, Fang Qiu was kicked out of the house.
The good news: His birth parents had left him an inheritance.
The bad news: It was a farm.
The worse news: It was on the verge of bankruptcy.

The pampered young master inherited the farm, only for the sheep to run off and the pigs to shove him around. Under the stars, he even got chased by a wolf and bitten on the butt. After much reflection, he decided he couldn't go on like this. He needed to buy a sheepdog to help him! So he bought a husky.
That very night, the husky led the entire flock of sheep on a mass jailbreak.
Fang Qiu finally understood one thing: Better to rely on yourself than a dog.
Too bad he was even less reliable than the dog (just laugh it off.jpg).
Just as he was wondering whether to put the farm up for sale, he found a burly man in the sheep pen.
The man had amnesia.
Fang Qiu looked at the man, then exchanged a heartfelt look with the husky beside him, which was chewing on a sheep's butt.
A bold idea slowly took shape.
He crouched down and took the man's hand with a solemn expression. "Your name is A Mu. I paid a fortune for you as a slave. We've been master and servant for twenty years, and you've worked for me all that time."
After a long silence, the man asked, "How old are you?"
Fang Qiu: "Don't worry about that."
And so, with three bowls of food a day, Fang Qiu struck an incredibly sweet deal.

Mu Zheng had amnesia, but he hadn't lost his wits. Besides, Fang Qiu's scheme was so obvious the beads on his abacus were practically bouncing off Mu Zheng's face.
But the kid had a bright, handsome face and a mop of curls like a sheep's fleece. He was handsome, funny, and pretty interesting.
At six feet tall, Fang Qiu could hardly be called small and delicate, but he was no match for A Mu. His waist was so slim one hand could encircle it, and his skin was smooth and pale from head to toe, even down there.
When Fang Qiu sprained his ankle, A Mu carried him.
Fang Qiu wrapped his long legs around A Mu's waist and, with no regard for propriety, groped the man's muscular chest. When he couldn't squeeze it, he complained, "You big dummy, why are your muscles so hard? My hand hurts from trying to pinch them!"
"Sorry," A Mu murmured in a hoarse voice, massaging Fang Qiu's knuckles.
After inheriting the farm, the greatest hardship Fang Qiu faced was being made to study properly. A Mu punished him until his legs went weak and he couldn't get out of bed ().

The Fang family backed the wrong side in a business war and lost everything. Finally, with nowhere else to turn, they remembered Fang Qiu.
They'd raised him for eighteen years. Asking him to repay them wasn't unreasonable, was it?
But when the farm gates swung open, Fang Qiu's father froze.
Mu Zheng.
The head of the Mu family, who had driven the Fang family to the brink not long ago.
The man leaned lazily against the doorway, his bare upper body covered in scratches. "Qiuqiu's still asleep. If you need something, talk to me."

1. The bottom is handsome and six feet tall, but the top is simply too tall (six feet four).
2. There's farming and business management, but overall it's a sweet little romance~
Theme: Farm well, live well.
