I'd Rather Not Be Your Roommate

*A seemingly proper rebel x a spoiled young lady

*Rivals who are always at each other's throats

Ruan Zhile hates her childhood friend Chen Ling'an, who's always acting like a perfect student.

But then her mother tells her that Chen Ling'an will control all her living expenses during her upcoming study-abroad trip.

That means she needs Chen Ling'an's permission even to buy instant noodles.

The thought of Chen Ling'an's cold, fake politeness makes Ruan Zhile shudder, but she has no choice but to swallow her pride if she wants her allowance.

The two of them never get along and have a huge fight every three days.

Chen Ling'an's merciless voice keeps ringing in Ruan Zhile's ears: "No."

After one fight, Ruan Zhile stormed out of the house in a huff, and her friend took her to a bar to get drunk.

Who could have guessed that the popular drummer onstage, a hot girl with blue hair and smoky makeup, would be Chen Ling'an!

The perfect student Chen Ling'an, who even folds her blankets until they have sharp corners!

Ruan Zhile gleefully snapped a photo. "Chen Ling'an, I've finally got something on you!"

She planned to corner Chen Ling'an, but then saw that the other girl was already trapped in a corner backstage by a drunken admirer and couldn't get away.

Ruan Zhile came up with a plan. She put an arm around Chen Ling'an's waist and kissed her cheek. "Hitting on my girlfriend? Did you ask me first?"

The admirer backed off, but Ruan Zhile wasn't done playing. Smugly, she traced Chen Ling'an's cheek with a finger. "How much is this secret worth?"

"Double my allowance? Let me have your room? Or be at my beck and call?"

The calm in Chen Ling'an's eyes shattered. She curled her lip, grabbed Ruan Zhile's cheek in return, and dropped her disguise completely.

"You want to switch roles and start bossing me around? Is that it, girl-friend?"

Theme: Get along well.
