Gorgeous, striking heroine x devoted hero who has been plotting for a long time
The hero gets all sweet and snarky when facing a love rival
Wen Song is a minor celebrity, famous for being hated across the internet. Even passing dogs take a swipe at her.
And the number of assistants who have quit is beyond counting.
Her manager looked at the man who had come in for an interview, somewhat surprised.
"Are you sure you're interviewing to be an assistant, or specifically Wen Song's assistant?"
The man nodded.
The manager warned him about Wen Song's reputation for being hated.
The man made it clear he was interviewing to be Wen Song's assistant.
Wen Song mistook him for a hater the moment they met and slapped him. Zhou Jingnian had imagined their reunion countless times, but never once thought it would begin with a slap.
Wen Song looked him over: broad shoulders, a slim waist, long legs, and looks even better than the trainees at her company.
Then she recalled how he had leaned over her while she was asleep earlier, and narrowed her eyes.
Could he be after me for my looks...?
Later, Wen Song realized that he really was after her for her looks, and that he also resembled a certain hapless person she had met years ago...
Zhou Jingnian had searched for her for years, and finally found her in a trending hate post.
He found his way to her side, having plotted for a long time... to draw her into his dreams.
