If Little Cinderella Learned to Cry for Help

Once upon a time, there was a little girl who always wore a dirty gray dress. People called her Cinderella.

Whenever little Cinderella's father went away, her wicked stepmother and two wicked stepsisters would always find ways to torment her, taking pleasure in her distress and embarrassment. That filthy dress was their doing, too.

At last, as Cinderella once again knelt crying at her mother's grave, a fairy appeared.

"I can grant you one wish," said the fairy.
