How could a player this age possibly sleep in a police academy dorm? Tengfeng Huamei decided to put on her latest outfit, climb over the wall, and find some nightlife.
But beneath the wall, she found two people passionately beating each other up.
One was a handsome blond, the other a handsome curly-haired guy. They both seemed to be her classmates.
A dialogue selection box appeared before Tengfeng Huamei:
[You decide:
A. Scream and run away (Spice level -10)
B. Walk past without a word (Spice level +0)
C. Whistle in appreciation, then give their exposed abs a good feel while they're fighting (Spice level +10)]
Tengfeng Huamei: ?
Is this a sassy-girl simulator or a hooligan simulator? But it seems like there's no reason not to pick C.
The protagonists in every story have to struggle to grow. Even a sassy girl is no exception. Because of a prank during a campus-wide blackout, Tengfeng Huamei was punished by Instructor Onizuka and ordered to clean the bathhouse.
Tengfeng Huamei turned on auto-navigation and made her way to the bathhouse entrance.
Was she supposed to clean the men's bath or the women's bath?
Whatever. She was here now.
After a day of training, showering was a rare chance to relax. Jinpei Matsuda happily showered, chatting with his childhood friend from time to time. A classmate in the next stall seemed interested in their conversation too, and during a pause, he quietly asked,
"And then what?"
And then, of course... Wait?! That sounded like Tengfeng Huamei!
Jinpei Matsuda crumpled and grabbed a washbasin to cover himself. "Why is a girl in here?!"
Tengfeng Huamei clicked her tongue. This NPC had a secret and wouldn't let her listen. So stingy. She stood up, picked up her toiletries, and strolled away.
Of course the game had crossovers. She just hadn't expected one with an old TV show.
Maybe it was a case of kindred spirits from obscure channels.
Tengfeng Huamei was bored while directing traffic at a crosswalk when she spotted a cold-looking foreigner with black hair crossing the road.
She hurried over to stop the NPC. "Where are you supposed to go?"
Foreigner: "To Beika Town."
Tengfeng Huamei: "I mean, which way are you supposed to go?"
Foreigner: "Beika Avenue."
Tengfeng Huamei: "I mean, how are you supposed to get to your destination?"
Foreigner: "To Beika Town, via Beika Avenue."
Tengfeng Huamei: ?
Customer service, come quick! Your NPC seems to be bugged.
Tengfeng Huamei was aloof, beautiful, and did as she pleased. She had always been a star at the police academy, and even her bottom-of-the-class grades were just a tiny flaw in the eyes of her admirers. As far as he knew, quite a few of his friends had secret crushes on her. But Jinpei Matsuda had always felt that Tengfeng Huamei disliked him. Not only did she call him "Matsu-sweetie," an unusually feminine name, she also kept piling random odds and ends on his desk.
If not for the obvious difference in strength between him and Tengfeng Huamei, this would have been outright bullying.
But after graduation, Tengfeng Huamei started calling him by his regular name and treating him no differently from anyone else. For some reason, he felt a sudden, inexplicable panic.
1. The blurb has a word limit, and Matsuda isn't the only male lead. Strictly speaking, this may count as a stock-picking romance, with many characters for the heroine to pursue. The author will give every popular character an alternate-route ending.
2. Apart from Shinichi and Ran, any other pairings may be broken up as the story progresses.
3. It has a mix of dark humor and tons of jokes.
4. I just can't help saying it: this is genuinely hilarious. The heroine, who skips through every scene: Oh no, I picked the wrong NPC name! Oh no, I can't change what I call this NPC! Oh no, how did this NPC's affection score go negative? I'd better send them a little gift.
Matsuda: Isn't this bullying?
