Haruko Nobi's Transmigration Case Files

[Reader comments are open!] [A new Matsuda novel being serialized alongside The Matsuda Next Door, come give it a try!]

My name is Nobi Haruko. I'm a high school girl from the 22nd century, and my dream is to join the Time Patrol and become a time cop. One day, while traveling back in time to visit my great-grandfather, I accidentally fell into the room of a curly-haired police officer and met two very interesting cops.

The heroine is the granddaughter of Nobita's grandson. She's a sunny, good-for-nothing girl with golden-retriever energy, and the story follows a light, episodic, everyday-life format.

Reading notes:

First-person perspective, laid-back daily life.

The male lead is 22-year-old Matsuda; Hagiwara is a friend.

The entire police academy squad is saved, and the story leans toward the Dorae○mon universe.

Check out Matsuda's new novel, being serialized alongside this one: After Becoming the Police Academy's Worst Student, Matsuda and I Got Together. Blurb below:

This story could also be called Reborn: Flirting with the Handsome Police Academy Students, My Police Academy Squad Teachers, The Worst Student's Level-Up Chronicle, or 5+1 = Adorable Little Sister.

What do you do when you transmigrate into Detective Conan's police academy and find yourself the worst student? No problem. Just decisively take the police academy squad as your teachers.

Matsuda teaches me boxing, Hagiwara teaches me how to drive fast, Furuya helps me memorize exam material, Morofushi teaches me to cook, and the class rep teaches me judo. I'm the sixth member of the police academy squad.

Police academy squad: Please, just pass your exams already!

Five champions and one total rookie: the police academy squad's tearful, heartbreaking tale.

Reading notes:

The male lead is Matsuda, the police academy's heartthrob. Everyone else is just a friend.

First-person perspective, the story of a good-for-nothing little sunshine girl leveling up.

The girl is completely on the side of justice, with no criminal ties. The whole police academy squad is saved, but Akemi is not.

Theme: Love makes the world a better place.
