Any Stories Where the Female Lead Isn’t a Foolish, Clingy Wife?

I want a female lead who's not a foolish, naive, empty-headed doormat. She should have some brains. Or the male lead shouldn't be another man at the top of the world. There can't possibly be that many domineering CEOs! And I want the guy to pursue the girl, without sexual harassment. Or, sisters, do you have any other especially good books to recommend?
