In one of the worlds, one character is an anthropomorphized America who adopts another country's anthropomorphized character. He gets bored and goes to Huaxia, where he accidentally sleeps with Huaxia's personification. The protagonist is the bottom. He runs back as soon as he wakes up, and his adopted son has ulterior motives toward him too. Let me know if you recognize it.
