In the late Spring and Autumn Period, rituals collapsed and music collapsed, and the world was in chaos. Scholars wandered among the princes in order to find a place to settle down. Some people rely on flattery to please the superiors and achieve great success for a while; some people rely on true knowledge and insights to gain a foothold and eventually achieve eternal fame. In these troubled times, the most profound fable is that the communication between people is never based on emotional flattery, but on the same frequency of spirit. Everyone in the world loves to listen to pleasant words and the comfort of being held and coaxed, but they don't know the cheap emotional value of this kind. It is like drinking poison to quench thirst. It may seem to quench the thirst for a while, but in fact it lays the foundation for long-term disaster. The true wise men never disdain to exchange false feelings for a moment of happiness. What they pursue is never to be coaxed or followed, but to understand and deepen the understanding and depth of the same three views and soul resonance. The needs of people at different levels are not in the same dimension. Low-end relationships rely on emotional flattery to maintain them, while high-end relationships rely on spiritual coherence to last long. Confucius traveled around the world and was displaced from place to place. His life was a journey to find those who were on the same wavelength. He led his disciples to travel between countries to promote his benevolent ideas, but he repeatedly ran into obstacles. Between the states of Chen and Cai, Confucius and his party were besieged and had no food for seven days. The disciples looked hungry, and some even felt dissatisfied. Zilu couldn't help but ask Confucius: "Is a gentleman also poor?" Confucius replied calmly: "A gentleman is poor, but a villain is poor." In the difficult situation, Confucius always adhered to his own way, not disturbed by the difficulties of the outside world, and did not say empty words of comfort to his disciples, but only used a true word to wake up everyone. But not everyone can understand this truth. At that time, Confucius went to see Qi Jinggong, the king of Qi. Qi Jinggong asked him for advice on how to govern the country. Confucius spoke frankly and put forward the idea of "lord, minister, father, son, son". He also said that "policy is based on saving money", and advised Qi Jinggong to reduce extravagance and waste. Qi Jinggong felt very unhappy when he heard the harsh words, but because of Confucius' reputation, he had to be polite on the surface. Later, Qi Jinggong wanted to grant the land of Nixi to Confucius, but he was opposed by the powerful minister Yan Ying. Yan Ying said: "Confucius's ideas are complicated and unrealistic. If they are used to educate the people, they will only cause chaos, and if they are used to govern the country, they will only cause trouble." Qi Jinggong was already jealous of Confucius's true words. When he heard this, he went along with the flow and never mentioned the reward, and his attitude towards Confucius became increasingly cold. Confucius saw that Qi Jinggong was not of the same ideals and did not want to waste any more words, so he left Qi resolutely. It's not that Confucius couldn't say pleasant things, and it wasn't that he didn't know the skills of coaxing and flattering, but he knew that no matter how much he said to a monarch who only wanted to hear good things and didn't want to hear the truth, it was just playing the lute to a cow. What Qi Jinggong wanted was the emotional value of flattery, and what Confucius gave was the truth about governing the country; what Qi Jinggong wanted was a moment of comfort, and what Confucius wanted was the realization of the common channel of the great road. People with different Taoist ideas do not work together. Rather than expending effort to please someone who does not understand, it is better to turn away and find a fellow Taoist who can truly resonate with you. But Yan Hui, a disciple of Confucius, shared the same frequency with him across time and space. Yan Hui was born in poverty, but he always followed Confucius. Even if he was in a back alley, he would not change his joy even if he had a basket of food and a spoonful of drink. Confucius said: "How virtuous it is to come back! With a basket of food and a ladle of drink, in a back alley, people can't bear their worries, but they won't change their joy when they return. How virtuous it is to come back!" Confucius's implementation of benevolent government often ran into obstacles. Yan Hui never said empty words of comfort or advised him to give up. He only accompanied him silently and responded to Confucius' perseverance with actions. When Confucius talked about "The Analects", Yan Hui could always explain it in detail and even put forward deeper insights. When Confucius was in a difficult situation, Yan Hui never complained or sensationalized. He just said, "The way of Master is so great that no one in the world can tolerate it." In one sentence, you can understand Confucius's helplessness and persistence. Confucius lamented in his later years: "No one who helps me will be happy with anything I say." But this "nothing is wrong" is never bottomless obedience, but a resonance deep in the soul. Yan Hui understood Confucius's ideals, his perseverance, and his helplessness, so he never needed Confucius' coaxing, nor did he ask for cheap emotional value from Confucius. There were no false politenesses or roundabout temptations in their interactions, only the depth of mutual understanding and the tacit understanding of the same spirit. This same frequency allowed Yan Hui to become Confucius's most proud disciple even if he died young, and was revered as the "Revival Sage" by later generations. On the other hand, Fei Wuji, a sycophantic minister in the same period, relied on emotions to please his superiors. He was famous for a while, but in the end he ended up in ruins. Fei Wuji was a senior official of the Chu State. He knew the King of Chu's preferences well, and he specialized in saying pleasant things and doing things that made the King of Chu comfortable. King Chu Ping wanted to marry the prince, and Fei Wuji was ordered to go to Qin to marry the bride. When he saw the beauty of the bride, he had evil thoughts. When he came back, he said to King Chu Ping: "The Qin girl is very beautiful. The king can take it for himself, but he can take the wife for the prince." This was what King Chu Ping wanted. King Chu Ping married the Qin girl, and Fei Wuji gained the favor of King Chu Ping. In order to consolidate his position, Fei Wuji kept badmouthing Prince Jian in front of King Chu Ping, making King Chu Ping jealous, and finally forced Prince Jian to flee, and also killed his loyal ministers Wu She and Wu Shang and their son. Fei Wuji gained temporary power by trying to please King Chu Ping, but his actions had already laid the foundation for disaster. Later, King Chu Ping died and King Chu Zhao succeeded to the throne. Fei Wuji's good days also came to an end. The relationship he maintained by relying on his emotions to please collapsed instantly after the death of King Chu Ping. The ministers who had been framed by him started to attack one after another. In the end, Fei Wuji was killed and his family was wiped out. Fei Wuji has been providing emotional value to others all his life, relying on coaxing and support to rise to the top, but he has never met a true channeler, and has never gained true trust. In the end, he could only end up miserably in the lies he spun. Fei Wuji doesn't understand that cheap emotional value can never buy a long-term relationship; false flattery can never retain true trust. A relationship maintained by pleasing people is like a castle built on the beach. When the tide comes, it collapses in an instant; while a relationship maintained by spiritual coherence is like a big tree rooted in the rock. No matter how strong the wind and rain are, it can still stand firm. Ordinary people mostly rely on emotional value, coaxing and complimenting you, even if it is lies, they feel comfortable; if you tell him the reality, the pros and cons, tell the truth, and expose his fantasy, he will not reflect on himself, but will blame you and bear grudges against you. People with high cognition have already jumped out of the circle of emotional flattery. They do not need cheap flattery, false politeness, or fall into meaningless emotional infighting. What they want is never to be coaxed, but to have the same three views, soul understanding, depth of thought, and spiritual resonance. They don't need to twist their words when speaking, speak the truth without hurting others, and get along without acting, to be comfortable and practical. Just like Confucius and Yan Hui, Liu Bei and Zhuge Liang, their interactions were never based on emotional flattery, but on spiritual resonance. You don't need to say pleasant words or do things to please. As long as you understand his ideals, his perseverance, and his helplessness, we can achieve mutual success and go a long way. And those who only pursue emotional value, like Fei Wuji and Lu Buwei, have spent their lives coaxing and being coaxed by others, but they have never met a true soulmate, and in the end they can only go to destruction in false relationships. If we have different paths, we don't need to conspire with each other; if we have different frequencies, we don't have to go together. Low-end relationships rely on emotional flattery, while high-end relationships rely on mental alignment. Instead of spending your energy trying to please others in the wrong relationship, it is better to turn around and leave and find someone who can truly understand you and be on the same wavelength as you. After all, life is short and energy is limited. Instead of getting entangled with people of different frequencies, it is better to work with people of the same frequency, understand each other, achieve each other, and live a truly comfortable and practical life in the resonance of the spirit.
Suppression makes you laugh, laughter makes you cry, and crying makes you realize! All things arise between heaven and earth, and they are done here innocently.
Instead of recounting false legends, we only recount real historical events, look back on the lives of famous people in the past dynasties, and understand the history of China for thousands of years.
The traditional cultivation of immortals includes Qi training, foundation building, elixir formation, Nascent Soul, and spirit transformation. The protagonist is decisive in killing, cunning, cold-blooded, and ruthless, and will do whatever it takes to achieve his goals. There is no system, no heroine, and it is a dark novel without brain damage. [Think]
