The Rice-Scented Master's Graduate Returns to the Village to Raise Shrimp

Chen Hao is the first person in the village to earn a master's degree from an agricultural university. He turns down a 300,000-yuan annual salary in the city and insists on returning to Qingshan Village to try "rice-shrimp co-cultivation." His father is so furious that he doesn't speak to him for three months, and the old village chief says he's "studied himself stupid." In the first year, half the crayfish escape from the fields, and the rice is chewed down in every direction. The whole village squats on the field ridges to watch him make a fool of himself. In the second year, as he squats by the field gnawing on a steamed bun, a message suddenly pops up on his phone: orders in his livestream have topped five thousand. His father walks by with a hoe over his shoulder, glances at the screen, and mutters, "Well... should we dig up another two mu tomorrow?"
