Reborn as a Fisherman's Daughter: Coastal Defense Officer, Please Check This

In her previous life, a shipwreck left a fishing village girl at the mercy of corrupt gentry and their militia, who skimmed relief grain by the headcount until she starved to death. Reborn, she learned to identify seafood, stockpiled grain, and prepared for storms, but the whole village thought she had gone mad. Then an upright, incorruptible deputy maritime commissioner arrived on the island to investigate. The grain register in his hands was identical to the corrupt gentry's accounts. She presented the grain records she had secretly kept and said quietly, "If you want to investigate the disaster at sea, start with the local parasites." The fishing village's fight to turn its fortunes around began when she accurately predicted the next day's tides and revealed the details of the official ship.
