The Commandery Princess Farms, and the Entire Court of Nobles Panics

To avoid the Empress Dowager's arranged marriage, Commandery Princess Xiao He volunteered to go farm at the imperial estate. Everyone in the capital laughed and called her crazy. But no one knew that beneath her hoe lay evidence of the powerful maternal relatives' illegal arms trade, and tucked inside the land deed was a secret letter from Lu Lin, the Embroidered Uniform Guard's commander. In public, the two had nothing to do with each other. In secret, they joined forces to lay a trap. Then one day, the Empress Dowager herself visited the imperial estate and demanded to taste the melons Xiao He had grown with her own hands. Beneath the vines lay the ledger that could cost her life.
